In accordance with Article 83.1 of the Company Law, Article 70.1.9 of the Securities Market Law, Clause 6.9.3 of the Charter of the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE), and Clauses 23.1, 23.2, 23.11.2, and 23.11.3 of the Securities Listing Rules, as well as based on the resolution of the MSE Listing Committee dated March 17, 2025, the CEO of MSE issued Order No. A/103 on March 17, 2025, to delist the following joint-stock companies from the securities register of the Mongolian Stock Exchange:
