A total of 1,250,000,000 (one billion two hundred fifty million) shares of "Bogd Bank" JSC, with a nominal value of 80 MNT per share, have been delisted from the securities register of the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE).

The delisting was carried out in accordance with Article 83.1 of the Company Law, Article 70.1.9 of the Securities Market Law, Clause 6.9.3 of the MSE Charter, and Clauses 23.1 and 23.2 of the Securities Listing Rules. It was also based on the official requests submitted by "Bogd Bank" JSC on February 10, 2025 (request No. 554) and March 10, 2025 (request No. 737), as well as the resolution of the MSE Listing Committee dated March 17, 2025.
