According to Article 46.1 and 46.2 of the Company Law, Article 5.3 of the company's charter, Article 9.2.12, and Resolution No. 00/01 of the Board of Directors dated February 17, 2025, “Golomt Bank” JSC has decided to distribute dividends from its 2024 company’s operational profit at a rate of 100 (one hundred) MNT per share.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by April 30, 2025.
