According to Resolution No. 04 of the Board of Directors of "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC dated February 14, 2025, the company has decided to distribute dividends from its pre-audit net profit for the 2024 financial year at a rate of 47 MNT per share.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends will be set as the registration date of the annual general meeting of shareholders. The dividends will be distributed to shareholders through the "Central Securities Depository" LLC before April 30, 2025.
