By the resolution No. 25/02 dated February 10, 2025, of the Board of Directors of APU JSC, it has been decided to allocate dividens from the company’s net profits for the second half of the year 2024.

A dividend of 65 (sixty-five) MNT per share will be paid, and it has been decided that the dividends will be deposited into the accounts of all shareholders through the Mongolian Central Securities Depository by August 19, 2025.
