According to 83.1 of Article 83 of the Company law, 70.1.9 of Article 70 of the Law on Securities Market, 6.9.3 of Article 6 of the Rules of "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC , 23.1, 23.11.5 of Article 23 of the Securities Registration Regulations, 23.1 and 23.11.5 of Article 23 of the Securities Registration Regulations and official letter No. 01/1126 dated August 23, 2024 of "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC, 1,644,711 ETT bonds with code 3022 (ETTM) with a nominal value of MNT 100,000 each issued by "Erdenes Tavantolgoi" JSC delisted from the securities register of the Mongolian Stock Exchange as the principal payment of the 2nd tranche of the debt instrument has been fully paid.
