Under official letter No. 1/2323 from the Financial Regulatory Commission dated June 21, 2024, we are pleased to announce the successful completion of the primary market trading of "Ulaanbaatar Bonds," issued by the Mayor of the Capital City. Each bond has a nominal value of 100,000 MNT (one hundred thousand Mongolian Tugriks), with a total issuance worth 500,000,000,000 MNT (five hundred billion Mongolian Tugriks). Consequently, the secondary market trading will commence today, June 25, 2024, with the following bond codes:

• One-year term bonds with an annual interest rate of 12%: 1,000,000 units - Bond Code: MUB-BD-25/06/25-C0069-12 /SIN: 3048/

• Two-year term bonds with an annual interest rate of 13%: 1,000,000 units - Bond Code: MUB-BD-25/06/26-C0068-13 /SIN: 3047/

• Three-year term bonds with an annual interest rate of 14%: 3,000,000 units - Bond Code: MUB-BD-25/06/27-C0067-14 /SIN: 3046/
