Under Article 83.1 of the Company Law, Article 70.1.9 of the Securities Market Law, Article 6.9.3 of the Charter of the "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC, and Articles 23.1 and 23.11.6 of the Securities Registration Regulation, the shares of "Shinest" JSC have been officially delisted from the securities registry.

By the authority of Order No.A/270 issued by the CEO of the "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC on June 20, 2024, 184,723 shares, each with a nominal value of MNT 100, previously listed under the third classification, have been removed from the securities registry.
