In accordance with the Financial Regulatory Commission's Resolution No. 792 on December 28, 2023, and Order No. A/164 of the Executive Director of the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE) on September 04, 2023, "Grand Systems" LLC's initial public offering (IPO) has been listed and approved. "Grand Systems" LLC is offering 3,750,000 common shares with a nominal value of 100 MNT each. The IPO will be conducted through the MSE's IPO system from June 19, 2024, to June 25, 2024 (5 working days), from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.

Grand Systems" LLC is planning for total proceeds of 675,000,000 MNT by offering 750,000 shares to the public at a price of 900 MNT per share.

Up to 50% of the offered securities, amounting to 375,000 (Three hundred and fifty thousand) shares, will be allocated to strategic investors with a lock-up period of no less than six months. At least 50% of the offered securities, amounting to no less than 375,000 (Three hundred and fifty thousand) shares, will be available to the public. In the event of over-subscription, the excess orders will be prorated.

"Standard Investment Securities" LLC is the main underwriter for this public offering.
