According to Resolution No. 183 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated April 29, 2024, and Order No. A/81 of the Mongolian Stock Exchange's CEO dated February 23, 2024, “MGL Aqua” LLC’s primary market subscription of shares was received from May 15 to May 21, 2024, through MSE member securities companies and closed higher than the supply.

“MGL Aqua” LLC issued 87,555,616 shares and offered them to the public at 174 MNT per share to raise a total of MNT 15.2 billion. Up to 80 percent were offered to strategic investors, and the remaining 20 percent were offered to the public at a fixed price method.

In the primary market, 501 orders were submitted to buy 87,802,800 shares or MNT 15,277,687,200. According to the securities prospectus and distribution plan submitted by the underwriting company, the strategic investors' orders and up to 600 share orders submitted by the public were 100% fulfilled, and the remaining amount was allocated on a 98.8% pro-rata basis.
