The Financial Regulatory Commission amended Resolution No. 28 of 2020 by Resolution No. 49 of February 23, 2024, regarding the distribution and reporting of dividends by open joint-stock companies.

As part of this amendment, open joint-stock companies listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange are required to pay dividends to shareholders within four months after the end of the financial year and to submit the dividend distribution report to the Financial Regulatory Commission within 15 working days after the end of the dividend distribution date.
