According to resolution No. 02/2024 dated February 19, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Tumen Shuvuut" JSC, decided to distribute 30% of the net profit for 2023 as a dividend to all shareholders.

The company will distribute 17.1 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC, by April 30, 2024.
