According to Resolution No. 10 dated February 19, 2024, the Board of Directors of "State Bank" JSC decided to distribute dividends to all shareholders from the company’s net profit shown in the unaudited financial statements for the year 2023.

The company will distribute 66.20 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payments will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC within 60 days following the date of approval from the regulatory organization.
