According to resolution No. 2024/01 dated February 15, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Ulaanbaatar BUK" JSC decided to distribute 131,547,500 MNT as a dividend from the company’s net profit to all the shareholders.

The company will distribute 1 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and it has been announced that the dividend will be paid starting on June 1, 2024, at the company building of "Ulaanbaatar BUK" JSC.
