According to Resolution No. 206 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated June 13, 2023, and Order No. A/99 of the Executive Chief Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated June 09, 2023, the primary market trading orders for the debt instruments issued by "Khan Bank" JSC will be accepted from December 11 to 12, 2023, between 10:00-17:00, through the IPO system of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

"Khan Bank" JSC is offering 170,000 units with per value of 100,000 MNT each, a 36-month term, and an annual interest rate of 16 percent to raise 17 billion MNT.

The orders shall be closed upon full subscription of 100 percent of the amount.

“BDSec UTsK” JSC is the main underwriter of "Green Bond" issued by “Khan Bank” JSC.

According to Section 3.6 of the Debt instrument registration procedure, Section 6.8 of the "Bond Agreement" signed by the Underwriter on behalf of the investors with the issuer, and Section 4.4 of the Debt Instrument Registration Regulations and as stated in “Green Bond” Prospectus, all investors should note that the terms of US dollar bonds to be offered to strategic investors, and some rights and obligations of US dollar bond holders are different from those of MNT bondholders.

To make the conditions, rights, and obligations clearer, the Green Bond Prospectus and the "Bond Agreement" will be amended, if necessary, and the appropriate procedures specified in the Debt Instrument Registration Procedure will be implemented, and related requests will be submitted to the authorities before the USD bonds are offered to the public.
