In accordance with Resolution No. 16 dated September 13, 2023, issued by the Board of Directors of "Erdenes Tavantolgoi" JSC, it has been decided that 766,182 (seven hundred sixty-six thousand one hundred and eighty-two) bonds from the 4th tranche of "ETT Bond" with a nominal value of 100,000 MNT each, which were publicly traded on the Mongolian Stock Exchange, will be repurchased.
The registration date for the repurchase of "ETT Bond" is October 27, 2023, and the total payment along with the interest accrued as of October 27, 2023, will be transferred to the bondholders' accounts of the Mongolian Central Securities Depository before October 30, 2023.
