According to Resolution No. 213 of June 23, 2023 of the Financial Regulatory Commission, and Order No. A/101 of the CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated June 14, 2023, the primary market trading of "Monlogistics Holdings" LLC orders for a total of 59,378,822 shares with a price of 185 MNT per share will be accepted through the MSE from September 11, 2023, to September 15, 2023.

"Monlogistics Holdings" LLC plans to issue 59,378,822 additional shares, equal to 15.0 percent of its total shares, offered to the public at 185 MNT per share to raise a total of 10.98 billion MNT.
