"LendMn" JSC is offering 90,000 units with a par value of 100,000 MNT each, a 24-month term, and an annual interest rate of 18 percent to raise 9 billion MNT, which was registered according to Resolution No. 402 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated August 11, 2023, and Order No. A/129 of the Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated July 28, 2023.
The primary market trading order for "Lend Bond" was successfully organized on September 4, 2023.

In the trading system, 89 orders worth MNT 9,000,000,000 from 89 investors were registered, and the orders were fulfilled 100% according to the distribution plan submitted by the securities issuer.

"Rhinos Investment" LLC is the main underwriter of "Lend Bond", and assistant underwriters are "Ulzii & Co. Capital UTsK" LLC and "Tenger Capital UTsK" LLC.
