According to Resolution No. 05 of the Board of Directors of "Gutal" JSC dated August 2, 2023, based on the company's net profit for the first half of 2023, the financial situation at the same time, and the appropriate risk ratio, it was decided to distribute a dividend equal to MNT 952.36 per share.

In accordance with Section 46.1 of Article 46 of the Company Law, the date of making a list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends is set as August 16, 2023. It has been announced that the dividend for the first half of 2023 will be distributed from August 21 in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
