According to Resolution No. 212, dated June 23, 2023, the FRC registered and approved for trading 200,000 units of debt instruments worth MNT 20.0 billion issued by “Ashid Capital NBFI” LLC, each with a par value of 100,000 and an annual coupon rate of 18%. 

The primary market order of the debt instrument "Simple I Bond" with an annual interest rate of 18 percent and a total value of 20 billion MNT was received on June 29, 2023, and trading was successfully organized.

"Golomt Capital UTsK" LLC is the main underwriter of "Simple I Bond" and in the trading system, a total of 64 orders from 64 investors were registered in the trading system for the purchase worth 20,000,000,000 (twenty billion MNT) debt instruments and closed successfully.
