According to Resolution No. 150 of the Financial Regulatory Commission, dated May 12, 2023, and Order No. A/34 of the CEO of Mongolian Stock Exchange dated March 28, 2023, orders for the primary market trading of “BID NBFI” LLC’s 80,000 debt instruments worth 8.5 billion MNT, each with a par value of 100,000 MNT, and an annual coupon rate of 18.5% will be accepted through the trading system of the MSE, starting from June 8, 2023, to June 14, 2023, for 5 working days between 10:00 and 17:00.

"Ulzii & Co. Capital LLC" is the lead underwriter, and the order will be closed when the offering amount is 100% full.
