"Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia" LLC, newly registered in the first classification of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, offers 5% of its total shares, or 2,530,047, to strategic investors and the public, and orders for primary market subscriptions were received from May 18 through May 23, 2023.

The bank offered 2,530,047 shares at a price of 33,000 MNT each through a fixed price method to raise a total of 83.5 billion MNT.

To match the total primary market order of shares offered to the public with the balance of money in the National Securities Depository, 2,418 individuals and enterprises submitted offers to purchase securities worth 105,515,223,000 MNT, which is an oversubscription of 26.4 percent.

According to the securities prospectus and the distribution plan submitted by the underwriting company, 100 percent of strategic investors' orders were fulfilled, 10 shares from the public, or up to 330,000 MNT, were 100 percent fulfilled, and the remaining amount was allocated on a 34.9 percent pro-rata basis.
