According to Resolution No:689 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated December 9, 2022, and Order No: A/102 of the Mongolian Stock Exchange's CEO dated September 9, 2022, “Khan Bank” LLC will offer 191,219,800 shares to the public at MNT 959 to raise MNT 183.4 billion. The primary market trading of “Khan Bank” LLC will be organized at MSE from April 13, 2023, to April 19, 2023.
