At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of "LendMN NBFI" JSC on February 6, 2023, it was decided to distribute a dividend of MNT 1.75 per share from the company's net profit for the year 2022.

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within April 30, 2023.
