According to the decree No. 690 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated December 14, 2022, and the Order No. A/148 of the CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE) JSC dated December 12, 2022, the initial public offering of the MSE is planned to raise a total of 11.9 billion MNT by offfering a total of 119,157,603 shares at 100 MNT per share.

The primary market trading of the Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC will be organized between December 26, 2022, and December 30, 2022, through all the member security companies.

"Invescore Capital Securities UTsK" LLC is the main underwriter of this activity, and "TDB Securities UTsK" LLC and "Golomt Capital Securities UTsK" LLC are working as assistant underwriters.
