According to Order No. 508 dated December 1, 2022, the FRC Chairman approved the amendments to the "Asset Backed Securities Listing Rules," which were adopted by the Mongolian Stock Exchange’s Board of Directors resolution No. 24 on October 28, 2022.

The Mongolian Stock Exchange made amendments to the "Asset Backed Securities Listing Rules," which are compatible with the "Regulation on Asset Backed Securities Issuing, Registering, and Granting Licenses," which was adopted by the Financial Regulatory Commission on June 22, 2022.
