"Golomt Bank" JSC, newly registered in the first classification of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, offers 10.09% of its total shares, or 80,402,743, to strategic investors and the public. and orders for primary market subscriptions were received from November 23 through November 30 , 2022. 

"Golomt Bank" JSC offered a total of 80,402,763 shares at MNT1,285 each through the fixed price method, and 12,060,411 additional shares were issued as oversubscription of the offered amount, for a total of 92,463,154 shares offered to the investors.

To match the total order of the primary market of shares offered to the public by "Golomt Bank" JSC with the balance of money in the Mongolian Central Securities Depository, 21,281 individuals and entities subscribed for shares worth MNT 174,841,778,685, which is an oversubscription of 69 percent. 

According to the securities prospectus and the distribution plan submitted by the underwriting company, 100% of the strategic investors' orders were fulfilled, 100% of the 10 share orders submitted by the public were fulfilled, and the remaining amount was allocated on a 34.8% pro-rata basis.
