The Mongolian Stock Exchange is responsible for the enforcement of the "Corporate Governance Code," which was approved by Resolution No. 145 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated March 23, 2022, to publish and evaluate all the listed companies based on their submission of reports and evidence.

In accordance with this responsibility, the Mongolian Stock Exchange has repeatedly delivered official letters and samples of evaluation methods to the listed companies to implement the corporate governance code, but as of today, a total of 47 companies have submitted their reports and evidence. Based on the submitted documents, an assessment has been made, and the report is now available to the public.

It is possible to change the assessment if listed companies submit their reports and evidence of "corporate governance code," and this assessment of governance is the main criteria for the companies to upgrade or downgrade the listing classification of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.
