According to resolutions No 493, 494, and 495 of Financial Regulatory Commission (FRC), licenses of “Asia Pacific Securities” LLC, “Gendex securities” LLC and “Mongol Khuvitsaa securities” LLC have been  terminated to engage in regulated market activities on September 21, 2022. Therefore, based on decree No.22 and 23 of MSE board of directors on October 28, 2022 the aforementioned companies excluded from MSE membership list. Consequentially the number of MSE member companies has reached total of 52.
