LendMN Active SPE's asset-backed security has started its primary trading today, 20th of October, 2022. Thus, becoming the sixth asset-backed security listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE). By offering 48,000 units to the public at MNT 100,000 each, LendMN Active SPE is aiming to raise a capital of MNT 4.8 billion. The asset-backed security will have a 17% interest rate per year and it is valid for 24 months. Moreover, the primary market trading of LendMN Active SPE is being facilitated by its underwriting firm, Rhinos Investment. 

The ceremony was opened by Khash-Erdene.T, the director of the business development department of MSE, followed by Tserenbadral.T, the deputy chairman of the Financial Regulatory Commission, Tsevegnyam.N, the CEO of Rhinos Investment, Ulziibayr.B, the CEO of Ulzii and Co Capital, and Khos-Erdene.B, the CEO of And Global, respectively.
