Based on the Resolution No. 88 of State Great Khural, dated November 12, 2021, provisions 2.1 and 2.2 of Government Resolution No. 388, dated December 22, 2021, clause 3 of Minister of Finance Order No. 99, dated April 29, 2022, and the Resolution No. 307 of the State Property Agency, dated June 30, 2022, which were issued within the framework of the implementation of the Budget law of Mongolia for 2022, Mongolian Stock Exchange has distributed a dividend of MNT 500,000,000 (Five hundred million) to the State budget from its net profit for 2021, according to the decision made by its Board of Directors.
