Resolution No. 452 dated September 21, 2022 of the Financial Regulatory Commission and Order A/114 of the Executive Director of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated September 29, 2022 issued as a public offer by "Numur Credit Asset SPE" LLC. The primary market trading order of 100,000 units with a nominal value of 100,000 MNT each, with an interest rate of 17.5 percent per annual interest rate, and a value of MNT 10 billion, will be placed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange starting at 10 a.m. on October 7, 2022 through the IPO system.

If the order amount reaches the offer price and the order reaches 100 percent, the primary market trading of the asset-backed securities offered by the company will be closed.
