1. In preperation for the public offering of additional shares of the Mongolian Stock Exchange through the stock exchange, legal entities willing to participate in the selection process to provide independent auditing consulting services are invited to submit proposals. 
2. This consulting service shall audit the financial statements of the Mongolian Stock Exchange for the period ending June 30, 2022 in accordance with the International Auditing Standards, and accurately present the report in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). 
3. To prove their ability to perform the service, the consultant submitting the report shall submit the following information:
   1. Proof of license from the Financial Regulatory Commission,
   2. Work experience in auditing securities companies, joint-stock companies and state-owned companies,
   3. The firm must have been operating regularly for at least 3 years,
   4. No record of disputes with the court and law enforcement agency,
   5. No record of overdue debts.
4. Interested persons who have provided the above information may obtain additional information until 17:00 on October 3, 2022 and submit their bids for the selection to the Evaluation Committee by email at mseipo@mse.mn or in person by 10:00 on October 4, 2022.
