The shares of “Davaanbulag” JSC in classification Ⅲ was deregistered from the Mongolian Stock Exchange. 

According to the Resolution No.23 of the Company regulation, Article 8.10.11 of the regulation of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, the Resolution No.23 of the Registration Procedure of Securities, the company’s official request No.02/010 dated May 30, 2022, and No.01/010 dated August 23, 2022,  1,823,137 shares at MNT 100 per share of the company were deregistered from the Mongolian Stock Exchange.
