According to Resolution No.: 8 of the Board of Directors meeting of "Hermes Centre" JSC, dated August 26, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends total of MNT 629,914,868.02 or MNT 8.02 per share from net profits of the first half of 2022. 

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined on September 16, 2022, and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at the Mongolian Central Securities Depository starting from September 20, 2022.
