The trading order was received through the IPO system of the Mongolian Stock Exchange from August 25, 2022 to August 30, 2022. A total of 10,000,000,000 MNT was successfully collected.

162 orders from 159 investors were registered to purchase the ABS offered by "Bers ABS Active SPE" LLC, and the total amount of orders reached the offered price and was 100% fulfilled, so the primary market trading was closed.
